Affidavit of Wawersik, dipl. engineer, given on 18 May 1948. He had been assigned to Dr. Mueller as his assistant in the armament committee. Saur endeavoured to control the armament orders himself instead of the army ordnance office, while Dr. Mueller tried to cooperate legally with the Wehrmacht. Questions of labor allocation and requisitioning of labor were not dealt with in the committee at Dr. Mueller's time. Owing to Dr. Todt's and Saur'r demands for intervention in industry differences of opinion developed between them and Dr. Mueller. On the occasion of a clash with Saur the latter threatened with concentration camp. (55-58)
