Affidavit of 10 March 1948, given by the same Weissenborn. He describes the history of the development of the committees and rings and Dr. Mueller's position in the former. Because of differences with the chief of the technical office in the Todt Ministry, Hdl Saur, Dr. Mueller resigned as the chairman of the armament committee in April 1942. He took charge of the armament commission which was not concerned with the production of weapons for which the committee continued to be competent, but only supervised the development of arms. On account of further differences with Saur Mueller withdrew more and more from this work as well from Fall 1943 on. (45-49)
