Notification that upon the order of Reichsminister Todt working unions for weapons should be established in addition to the existing working unions for the munition production. Dr. Mueller is appointed chairman of the working union VIII for cannons exceeding 10 cm. In addition, circular decree of 6 April 1940 and circular decree 2 July 1940 both issued by Todt.
