Letter of the department armament expansion of the Reich minister for Armament and Munitions to Director Rosenbaum dated 15 July 1948. with attached copy of a letter by hauptdienstleiter (Office Chief) Baur dated 4 July 1942 to Dr. Mueller Artillery development Department, at the same time also to other personalities of the Wehrmacht, the armament ministry and the industry. this shows that in spite of the possibility of closing down the plant in Silesia again, at the special request of the Fuehrer the construction has to be completed with the greatest possible speed.
