Affidavit by Otto Pleimann dated 19 March 1948. As manager of Houdremont's secretariate, the witness assisted Houdremont in organizing the "Society of Friends of Modern Chamber Music." This society ceased to function after the assumption of power by the NSDAP in 1933, because - as Houdremont told the National Socialist press - modern chamber music could not be carried on as he wished it without foreigners and Jews.
