Affidavit by the woman attorney Dr. Aenne Kurowski-Schmitz dated 9 April 1948. Houdremont, her brother-in-law, in 1940 attempted to effect the release of her husband, attorney Bruno Kurowski, who had been arrested by the Gestapo. On the advice of State Secretary Koerner, he sent a contribution to the NSDAP, which caused his entry into the Party. (9-10)
