Affidavit by Hans Hanko, dated 28 February 1948. As plant manager of the Engine Factory, he reports on the regular conferences with Houdremont every Monday. Houdremont continually demanded decent accommodation, catering and treatment for the workers accommodated in the camps, and stressed the prohibition of attacks against foreign workers and concentration camp prisoners. Care was taken that after the occupation the plants should be preserved in the interests of the workers.; (46)
