Affidavit by Willy Kraus, dated 4 March 1948. When he was on the point of setting out to visit his family in the Administrative District of Cologne at Christmas time, 1944, using a motor vehicle for the purpose, he was reported by Spitzel to the Bauleitung of the NSDAP, and Houdremont was held responsible for his action. The latter then found ways and means of preventing his journey. (41-42)
