Affidavit by Dr. Fritz Bruehl, dated 18 March 1948. The Unit for Centrifugal Cast Iron (Ring Schleuderguss) was pressing in Essen for deliveries to be made by the Elmag-Muehlhausen foundry. Dr. Knehans, Engineer, was ent from Essen to remove the difficulties. He submitted a report on the subject (c.f. Prosecution Exhibit 1352, Document Book 53A). As personal friction occured, Houdremont arranged for a French engineer to be employed. (30-31)
