Affidavit by Richard Hammacher, dated 30 December 1947. As business manager of the firm of Krupp-Druckenmueller G.m.b.H., Berlin-Tompelhof, he was threatened by the Speer Ministry with legal proceedings in 1944, on suspicion of sabotage, and finally he was required to resign his post as the firm had not reached the exaggeratedly high delivery figures required of it and had not kept to the prescribed production schedules in the production of sub-marines at Stettin.
