Affidavit by Dr. Gottfried Schilling, dated 30 December 1947. The witness describes from his own experience the control of industry, which had increased steadily since the time of the foundation of the Speer Ministry in 1942. "Works Commissioners" (Werksbeauftragto) had been appointed to the Krupp firm in 1944. Finally, the industry was completely subjugated. (1-2)
