Affidavit Dr. Karl Rademacher dated 1 December 1947. According to instructions given by Dr. Gustav Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach and Dr. Loeser, the business policy of the Krupp firm tended to keep the percentage of peace-time production in the total sales as high as possible. Houdremont pursued the same tendency in the technical field. From the summer of 1944 onward conferences about peacetime planning took place in his office within the most exclusive circule. (25-26)
