Affidavit Dr. Paul Hansen dated 10 February 1948. Houdremont refused the order given by the OKM in spring of 1943 to have the submarine shelters along the Western coast of France equipped by Krupp's Technical Office, but could only restrict himself to sending one engineer to Paris in order to advise the OT (Todt Organization) concerning the mechanical equipment.
