Affidavit Kurt Rosenbaum dated 12 February 1948. In his capacity as head of the Technical Office of the Krupp firm he was summoned by the OKM (Navy High Command) to collaborate in the erection of the submarine shelters which were under construction along the French coast. Houdremont was fundamentally against this job, the only thing, however, he could obtain was that the firm sent only one man to Paris who cooperated there with the agency. (Einsatzelle) of OT (Todt Organization) in the installation of the shelters. (21-22)
