Affidavit by Dr. Ruth Moufang, lecturer at the University of Frankfurt on the Main dated 11 December 1947. She belonged to Krupp's research institute at Essen from November 1937 until August 1946 and confirms that this investigation under Houdremont's guidance was directed on the science of metallurgy on a most extensive scientific basis. Results of investigations Houdremont released for publication even during the war. He had not been in favor of government offices exercizing their influence on Krupp's research organization. (70-77)
