Affidavit Johann Mueller and Wilhelm Foerster of 23 March 1948. Mueller, who was business manager of the plant health insurance, and Foerster, who was the official in charge at the pay office of the Friedrich Alfred Huette, offer statistical material concerning the medical welfare accorded to, and the state of health of, the working staff. According to this, the state of health among the Eastern workers was most favorable during the years 1942/1944, the state of health of the Western workers was even more favorable than that of the Germans. In the course of four years 105 deaths occurred among a number of more than 5,000 foreign workers, 58 of these were due to the effects of the war. (7-8)
