Affidavit of Robert Koch dated 20 February 1948. He confirms the receipt of a copy of a letter through Herr Hinnig from the representative of Army District VI of the Reich Minister for Armament and War Production dated 18 November 1944, addressed to the firm of Krupp. The letter contains the order to ascertain what goods are required, and to make arrangements for their dismantling and transportation on the instructions of the representative of the Reich Minister for Armament and War Production in the Netherlands. It concerned an urgent armament program. (33-35)
