Copy of affidavit Kurt Rosenbaum, Chief of the Technical Office of the firm Krupp dated 22 May 1947 prosecution Document NIK-9654, submitted by the prosecution but not offered in Document Book 26. The witness explains the so-called Ruhr Aid Project ordered by Minister Speer, so that the Ruhr Staff Speer could store requisitioned goods from Holland, which were then to be allocated to different plants to cover their most important requirements. The witness was told in Holland that it concerned requisitioned goods of the Wehrmacht. As a result of this,l machines from the firm Rademaker were sent to Krupp. However, the machines were not allocated to the Krupp firms. (29-32)
